Walking the gorge

I recently did two days of long walking with my son at Carnarvon Gorge.

It was a great time, and reminded me of just how much walking in such terrific places can help one re-focus on the good things in life. Here are a small selection of  images from the trip.

Hi Ashdown, I love your images of Carnarvon, the light in that gorge is simply beautifull, takes me back to when I was there last.

Wrighty, what an honour it is to have a comment from you mate on my humble blog. I think about you guys often, hope you are all well. You must let me do a blog post on your photographs sometime. I can still remember looking in utter awe at your Hinchinbrook images at the Museum all those years ago. Cheers and all the best, Ashdown.
